How do I find a hotel?
The reservation process could not be simpler. Enter the desired city, travel dates, number of guest and click "SEARCH".
Our reservation engine will then go out and find the most accurate results based on your search criteria. Once you have found
a hotel and rate you are happy with you will then need to go to our "Secure Reservation" form and fill out the appropriate information.
Once you have filled our your personal information our system will then go out and attempt to confirm your reservation. The whole process
is quite simple. Once confirmed, you will see a screen with all your reservation details as well as receive a email with your reservation
What are "Special Internet Rates"?
"Special Internet Rates" are rates that Sedona has negotiated with the hotels in an attempt to provide you the customer
with the lowest possible rates for that hotel.
What is a pre-paid hotel reservation?
Pre-paid hotel reservations allow the hotels to extend their lowest possible rates, up to 50% off the hotel retail price. Your
entire reservation is charged to your credit card at the time of booking. All you have to do is show up at the hotel and enjoy your stay.
Why should I book a pre-pay reservation?
Ease of use. Since your reservation is already paid for at the time of booking all you have to do is show up and enjoy your stay. Another
reason is No Rate Increase. Pre-payment insures that your nightly rate is "locked" in and will not change.
Do you offer other discounted rates besides "Special Internet Rates"?
Yes, we also offer rates that are discounted such as Goverment Rates, Corporate Rates, AAA rates, etc.
What other fees or taxes may be charged when I book a room?
Various hotel rooms are subject to taxes, extra person charges, extra bed charges, etc. Please review the "Reservation Information and Rate Rules"
before booking your reservation. Any applicable fees will be found here.
What payment methods does Sedona accept?
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Carte Blanch. Each hotel may add or subtract from this list, however,
most major credit cards are accepted at most properties. You will find the list of accepted credit cards for the Hotel you are interested
in booking upon filling out your personal information.
Is the room rate per person or per night?
Each rate is different, however, in most cases the rate is PER NIGHT unless otherwise indicated.
Can I make a reservation over the phone?
Sedona developed this website to provide customers with a QUICK and SECURE way to make reservations online. However,
we understand that you may have additional questions/concerns that require human intervention. Please feel free to call our "Live Reservations
Agents" 24 hours a day 7 days a week at 1-800-617-7563.
Do I need to submit personal information to Sedona?
You may browse our site without having to submit any personal information. However, upon booking a reservation you will be required
to submit expected information such as credit card details, address and other personal information. Your credit card IS NOT saved giving
you additional peace of mind when submitting your credit card details.
Can I book more than one hotel room at a time?
In most cases this is perfectly acceptable. Most hotels allow more than one room at a time to be booked, simply select the number
of rooms you are seeking when performing your initial search.
Do my Sedona bookings earn credit with hotel loyalty programs?
We have provided the neccessary field for you to enter your information when you make your booking. Not all Hotels accept these programs
and in most cases are chain specific.
How do I retrieve my room reservation after it is made?
Please login to your "My Trips" section up completing your reservation to view/cancel your reservation. We have provided a "profile" of all
trips you have made with us as a convenience to you.
Can I use special coupons from the hotel?
At this time there is no method of submitting coupons while making an online reservation.
